2. All charges will appear on your credit card statement under our merchant name of

3. All sales final unless damaged/report within 5 days. Buyer pays return shipping costs. No returns accepted without RMA number.

4. Due to the rising occurrences of fraud, we have now (4-23-11) instituted a zero tolerance for false chargebacks. We are an honest company providing merchandise through our internet store. We will work with our customers in any way to alleviate any possible order shortages, damages, defects, etc.
If you file a chargeback without first contacting us, that costs us $40 in an automatic chargeback fee. If there is a problem with your order, we can work that out.
If you file a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to represent the charge plus chargeback fees of $40 to your account. This policy is in no way meant to infringe upon your rights as a consumer. It is our way of combatting false chargebacks that are an inexcusable expense. Every single chargeback to date has been from a customer who either forgot they placed the order, or did not recall the business name on their statement. When we spoke with them on the phone, they remembered the order, but most never called their credit card company to cancel the chargeback. We strive to keep our prices low enough to give you, our customer, plenty of room for mark up and profit. Fraud, whether intentional or not, prevents us from doing that.
